Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role in an upper casual or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational and customer service skills.
- No minimum educational attainment is required.
- Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and walk-in guests using the reservation system.
- Escort guests to their assigned tables and present menus.
- Maintain an organized seating plan to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Coordinate with restaurant staff regarding table availability and guest requirements.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about restaurant services.
- Assist in managing waiting lists during busy periods.
- Ensure guests receive excellent customer service throughout their visit.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Support restaurant operations by assisting with guest relations and dining flow management.
