Service Crew / Waitress

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of working experience in food service or hospitality.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.
• With pleasing personality and good customer service skills.
• Able to stand for long periods while working.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and ensure they are comfortably seated.
• Provide water and initial table service when guests arrive.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables during meals by clearing used plates and refilling drinks.
• Present the bill to customers and assist with payment if required.
• Address customer concerns or complaints politely and escalate them to the supervisor when necessary.
• Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and ready for the next guests.
• Follow company service standards and hospitality guidelines.

Requirements:

• Updated Resume with recent clear photo
• High School Diploma if High School Graduate
• Diploma and TOR if College Graduate
• Employment certificates (previous to present)
• Trainings attended
• Exit visa and Iqama id (Ex Saudi)
• Passport copy (1 year valid)
