RESTAURANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar management role within the food and beverage industry.
• Maximum age of 40 years old.
• Relevant training or certification in Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management, Food and Beverage Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid passport with at least 3 to 5 years of remaining validity before expiration.
• Strong leadership, team management, and staff development skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and make sound operational decisions.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Willing to work in Brunei and comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable business performance.
• Supervise, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff to maintain high levels of productivity and service quality.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving complaints, and enhancing the overall dining experience.
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure compliance with company policies and customer expectations.
• Manage inventory, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Monitor sales, expenses, and operational costs to achieve financial and profitability targets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Prepare operational reports, sales summaries, and staff performance evaluations for management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
• Coordinate promotional activities and support marketing initiatives to increase restaurant sales.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
