STAFF NURSE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of post-qualification nursing experience.
  • Holder of a Professional License (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Examination) as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualification.
  • Valid nursing board registration/license.
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced clinical setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate and meticulous medical records.
  • Committed to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.
  • Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and comply with hospital policies, professional standards, and applicable healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, efficient, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with established clinical standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor patients’ conditions, administer prescribed medications and treatments, and promptly report any changes to the attending physician.
  • Respond to emergency situations by providing immediate nursing care and assisting with emergency treatment procedures.
  • Identify workplace health and safety hazards and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive measures.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of health and safety programs to promote a safe healthcare environment.
  • Identify work-related risks and ensure compliance with infection prevention and occupational health and safety protocols.
  • Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, medications, injuries, illnesses, and nursing interventions.
  • Educate patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, medication management, and post-treatment care.
  • Assist in mentoring, training, and supporting the continuous professional development of nursing staff.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with ethical, legal, and professional nursing standards.
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills.
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned by hospital management.
