Qualifications:
- 23–30 years old.
- High School Graduate.
- Passport holder.
- With relevant welding experience.
- Basic knowledge of welding procedures, metal preparation, and welding equipment.
- Able to follow technical instructions, workplace procedures, and safety requirements.
- Physically fit and capable of performing welding and related metalworking tasks.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced production environment and cooperate with Japanese supervisors and coworkers.
- Willing to undergo FREE 3½-month Japanese language training before deployment.
- Willing to learn Japanese workplace practices and adapt to the working environment in Japan.
Responsibilities:
- Perform welding work on metal components and structures according to technical drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
- Carry out assigned welding and metal fabrication tasks using appropriate welding equipment and tools.
- Prepare metal surfaces, materials, joints, and workpieces before welding.
- Measure, align, fit, and position metal components accurately prior to welding.
- Operate welding machines and related equipment safely and properly.
- Select and use appropriate welding methods, materials, electrodes, wires, and other consumables as instructed.
- Inspect welded joints for proper alignment, strength, appearance, and workmanship.
- Perform grinding, cutting, cleaning, and finishing of welded components as required.
- Follow specified welding procedures, dimensions, tolerances, and quality requirements.
- Read and understand basic technical drawings, welding symbols, measurements, and work instructions.
- Conduct basic checks of welding equipment and tools before starting work.
- Report defective materials, equipment problems, or welding quality issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Follow Japanese workplace safety rules, proper handling procedures, and instructions from supervisors.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including welding helmet, gloves, protective clothing, and safety footwear.
- Handle welding materials, tools, and equipment responsibly to prevent accidents and unnecessary damage.
- Work cooperatively with supervisors, welders, fabricators, and other members of the production team.
- Maintain productivity and complete assigned welding tasks within required schedules.
- Participate in workplace training and continuously improve welding skills and knowledge.
- Perform other welding, fabrication, and related duties as assigned by the employer.
