HOOK-UP MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10+ years experience as a Hook-Up Manager in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Extensive experience in offshore construction, hook-up, commissioning, and project execution activities.
• Strong planning, coordination, and offshore project management expertise.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards, offshore safety regulations, and quality compliance procedures.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams including engineering, fabrication, commissioning, and project controls.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in managing subcontractors, offshore resources, materials, and logistics.
• Ability to manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance reporting effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee all hook-up project activities from engineering to offshore completion.
• Ensure project delivery within approved schedules, budgets, and HSE/quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, commissioning, and project control teams for seamless execution.
• Develop execution plans, work schedules, budgets, and manpower/resource strategies.
• Monitor offshore operations and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Supervise subcontractors, vendors, offshore crews, and operational activities.
• Coordinate material availability, offshore logistics, and installation requirements.
• Support project risk management, mitigation planning, and corrective action implementation.
• Prepare progress reports, performance updates, and project documentation for management review.
• Ensure all hook-up activities comply with company procedures, regulatory requirements, and client specifications.
