STORE MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Applicants must be 23 to 33 years old.
• Must be at least College Level or a College Graduate.
• With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in value retail and fashion brands.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Physically and medically fit.
• Strong leadership and team handling skills.
• Knowledgeable in retail store operations, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ability to manage sales targets, inventory, and staff performance effectively.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail store operations and ensure smooth business activities.
• Supervise, motivate, and lead store staff to achieve sales and operational goals.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store targets.
• Oversee visual merchandising, product displays, and store presentation standards.
• Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention procedures.
• Conduct staff scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and operational updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, retail standards, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall positive shopping experience within the store.
