SALESLADY

Qualifications:

• Female applicants only, 23 to 33 years old.
• College level or College Graduate.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in value retail or fashion brands.
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically and medically fit for retail work.
• Knowledge of the target retail market and fashion brands is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant personality and strong selling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional, and personalized assistance.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products, including baby essentials, children’s clothing, footwear, toys, and accessories.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure products are properly arranged and replenished.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and stockroom organization.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing in accordance with company standards.
• Stay updated on current promotions, product features, and new arrivals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies, retail procedures, and health and safety standards.
