Job Location: Qatar
Mado Turkey is seeking an experienced and hardworking Pastry Staff for Production to join its bakery and pastry production team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and desserts according to standardized recipes, daily production schedules, and quality requirements.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
- At least High School Graduate.
- Knowledge of pastry production techniques, baking methods, and dessert preparation.
- Experience preparing pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and other desserts.
- Familiarity with bakery production equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofers, and dough sheeters.
- Good understanding of baking temperatures, timing, and production procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent product quality.
- Ability to follow recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of pastries, cakes, breads, cookies, and desserts according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Measure and prepare ingredients accurately for daily production.
- Follow daily production schedules and ensure products are prepared within required timelines.
- Mix, prepare, shape, proof, bake, decorate, and finish pastry and bakery products.
- Operate mixers, ovens, proofers, dough sheeters, and other bakery production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Inspect finished products for proper texture, appearance, size, color, and overall quality.
- Maintain consistency in recipes, portion sizes, presentation, and product standards.
- Prepare and organize ingredients and materials required for production.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, labeling, and rotation of ingredients and finished products.
- Maintain clean and organized production areas, workstations, equipment, and storage spaces.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Minimize ingredient waste through proper preparation and handling.
- Report equipment problems, ingredient shortages, or product quality issues to the supervisor.
- Coordinate with other pastry and bakery staff to meet daily production requirements.
- Perform other pastry, bakery, and food production duties as assigned.
