MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND QUANTITY MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Oil & Gas projects.
• Experience in construction and project information systems, preferably in oil and gas environments.
• Strong knowledge of planning, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), construction progress tracking, and project controls systems.
• Experience managing construction quantities, subcontractor data, and project reporting processes.
• Knowledge of welding, spooling, and material traceability systems.
• Ability to coordinate with engineering, project control, procurement, and construction teams.
• Strong understanding of claims management, risk analysis, and project performance monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage construction and mechanical information systems for project execution.
• Support planning activities, WBS development, and project progress tracking.
• Monitor construction quantities, project costs, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate with project control, engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure accurate data integration.
• Manage subcontractor information, contracts, productivity tracking, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure proper implementation of welding, spooling, and material traceability systems.
• Prepare project reports, quantity analysis, and performance updates for management review.
• Support claims management, risk analysis, and corrective action planning.
• Maintain accuracy and integrity of project information systems and databases.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and quality procedures throughout project execution.
