Job Vacancy: Draftsman (Building Design)

Job Location: Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands
HBR International Inc. is seeking a skilled Draftsman (Building Design) to join its team in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate architectural and structural drawings, assisting in the development of building designs, and ensuring all plans comply with project requirements and applicable standards.
Draftsman (Building Design)
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in building design drafting.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or similar drafting applications.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural and building design drawings based on project specifications.
- Interpret design concepts, sketches, and technical information to produce accurate drafting documents.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed construction drawings.
- Revise and update drawings based on client, architect, or engineer requirements.
- Ensure drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to support design development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and organize project drawing files.
- Use CAD software and other drafting tools to produce high-quality technical drawings.
