GYM INSTRUCTOR

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of working experience as a Gym Instructor, Fitness Trainer, or related role.
  • No minimum educational attainment required.
  • Female applicants are preferred for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of fitness training techniques, exercise programs, and weight management.
  • Ability to assess fitness levels and monitor client progress.
  • Excellent communication, motivation, and customer service skills.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Physically fit and capable of demonstrating exercises and workout routines.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist gym members in reaching their individual fitness and wellness goals.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and evaluate clients’ physical condition.
  • Monitor and record Body Mass Index (BMI) and other fitness indicators on a regular basis.
  • Design and recommend personalized workout programs based on client needs and objectives.
  • Motivate and encourage clients who have reached a plateau in weight loss or fitness progress.
  • Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safe use of gym equipment.
  • Monitor client performance and provide guidance to prevent injuries.
  • Educate members on healthy lifestyle habits, exercise routines, and fitness best practices.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitness equipment and workout areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with gym members.
