Tolu Minerals Limited is seeking an experienced Plumber / Roofer to handle the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing, hydraulic, roofing, rainwater, and drainage systems. The successful candidate should have extensive hands-on experience in commercial plumbing and roof-related installations.

Candidates with relevant trade qualifications and practical experience in both plumbing and roofing-related work are encouraged to apply.

Plumber / Roofer

Qualifications:

• Trade Certificate in Plumbing and Drainage or equivalent.
• Vocational or Technical qualification from a recognized institution.
• Secondary or Higher Education Certificate.
• Relevant Trade Qualification Certificate.
• National Certificate (NC II or equivalent), where applicable.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a Plumber.
• Strong experience installing commercial hydraulic plumbing systems.
• Experience with roof plumbing, rainwater systems, and roof drainage installations.
• Experience installing sewer, stormwater, hot water, and cold water reticulation systems.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Ability to interpret plumbing drawings and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
• Strong practical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial hydraulic plumbing systems.
• Install and maintain roof plumbing systems.
• Install rainwater collection and drainage systems.
• Perform roof drainage installations and related plumbing work.
• Install sewer and stormwater drainage systems.
• Install hot and cold water reticulation systems.
• Inspect plumbing and roofing systems for leaks, damage, and defects.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance to ensure systems operate effectively.
• Read and interpret plumbing plans, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Test completed plumbing and drainage installations.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Maintain plumbing tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Coordinate with other construction trades and site personnel.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow workplace health, safety, and environmental procedures.
