Tadawi General Hospital is seeking qualified and dedicated Fresh Nurses to join its healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is open to newly graduated female Registered Nurses, particularly Batch 2025 graduates, with no previous work experience required. Successful candidates will provide safe and compassionate nursing care while working under established hospital policies and professional standards.

Fresh Nurse

Qualifications:

  • Female applicants only.
  • Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • No experience required for Batch 2025 graduates.
  • Must have completed a recognized nursing degree and obtained the required nursing registration/licensure.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, responsible, and patient-oriented.
  • Strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Physically and mentally prepared to work in a hospital environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered nursing care.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health conditions.
  • Assist physicians and senior nurses with examinations, treatments, and medical procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed and according to hospital protocols.
  • Assist patients with their daily care needs and provide appropriate support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
  • Observe patients for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to senior nurses or physicians.
  • Follow infection prevention and control procedures.
  • Maintain proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in patient care areas.
  • Assist with preparing patients for diagnostic tests and medical procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff.
  • Follow hospital policies, nursing standards, and patient safety procedures.
  • Participate in orientation, training, and continuing professional development activities.
  • Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Nurse Manager or supervising nurse.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: SAR 4,000
  • Food Allowance: SAR 300
  • Annual Paid Leave: 21 Days per year
  • Working Hours: 9 Hrs. per day/ 6 Days a week
  • OT Pay: As per Saudi Law
  • Placement Fee, Dataflow, Mumaris, QVP, Prometric Exam – Subject for Salary Deduction
  • NO PROCESSING FEE

Requirements:

  • Updated CV

  • COE (Certificate of Employment)
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
