OR NURSE

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience is required.
• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing or a related field.
• Saudi Nursing License is an advantage but not required.
• Must have a valid passport and complete employment-related documents.
• Experience in an operating room, surgical unit, or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Female applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons and the operating room team during surgical procedures.
• Prepare the operating room, surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
• Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition to the appropriate medical staff.
• Maintain strict infection control, sterilization, and operating room safety protocols.
• Ensure that surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment are properly accounted for and available when needed.
• Assist with patient preparation, positioning, transfer, and post-operative care.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient and nursing documentation.
• Follow hospital policies, professional nursing standards, and Saudi healthcare regulations.
• Work effectively with doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, and other members of the healthcare team.
