Cooperative Free Network is seeking dedicated Frame Workers to join construction projects in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP). The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling, installing, and securing structural frameworks while ensuring compliance with construction standards, quality requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

FRAME WORKER (TITP)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are welcome to apply.
• At least a High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Frame Worker or in a related construction field.
• Must provide a Certificate of Employment (COE) issued not later than 2021.
• Physically and mentally fit to work abroad.
• Medically fit for overseas employment.
• Ability to work at construction sites and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Willing to work in Japan under the Technical Intern Training Program (TITP).

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install structural frameworks for buildings and other construction projects.
• Measure, cut, and position construction materials according to project specifications and technical drawings.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in erecting, aligning, and securing framework components.
• Inspect materials and completed work to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Follow construction plans, work instructions, and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other construction-related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross Salary 172,640  JPY (PHP 67,716)
• TITP THREE (3) YEAR CONTRACT
• MUST BE WILLING TO UNDERGO 3-4 MONTHS OF FREE JAPANESE LANGUAGE TRAINING
