Joe & The Juice is seeking energetic and customer-focused Food Runners to support restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidates will assist in the timely delivery of food and beverages, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and help maintain a clean and efficient dining environment. Applicants with previous experience as a barista or food service worker are encouraged to apply.
Food Runner
Qualifications:
- Age: 23–35 years old.
- Must be physically fit and capable of performing active restaurant duties.
- Previous experience as a Barista or Food Service Worker is preferred.
- Experience in restaurants, cafés, fast-food establishments, or other food and beverage operations is an advantage.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, reliable, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or preparation area to customers and designated service stations.
- Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and proper presentation.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, servers, cashiers, and other restaurant team members.
- Ensure food is delivered promptly while maintaining proper handling and hygiene standards.
- Assist in preparing dining and service areas before and during operations.
- Clear used plates, trays, and other items from tables and return them to designated areas.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining, service, and work areas.
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- Handle food and beverages carefully to maintain quality and presentation.
- Assist restaurant staff during busy periods and peak operating hours.
- Respond politely and professionally to customer requests when necessary.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and safety standards.
- Perform other restaurant support duties as assigned.
