Seerah Operation & Maintenance Company is seeking an experienced Extrusion Operator to manage and operate extrusion machinery in our production facilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with extrusion processes, maintaining high-quality output, and ensuring safety and efficiency in production operations.

Extrusion Operator (Extrusion OP)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Extrusion Operator in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of extrusion processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on extrusion equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in fast-paced production settings.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities:

• Operate extrusion machinery according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and control extrusion processes to ensure consistent product quality.
• Adjust machine settings, speed, and temperature to optimize production.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of extrusion equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards.
• Record production data, output, and maintenance activities.
