Job Vacancy: FE Technician

Jaddarah Workforce Services Co. is hiring experienced FE Technicians to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining front-end (FE) semiconductor manufacturing equipment while ensuring product quality, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety and production standards.
FE Technician
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years of related working experience.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- Must have experience working in a Semiconductor Manufacturing Company.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Familiar with quality assurance procedures and workplace safety standards.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and overtime when required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor front-end semiconductor manufacturing equipment and production systems.
- Perform equipment setup, routine inspections, and basic troubleshooting to ensure smooth production.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and assist in corrective maintenance activities.
- Monitor process parameters and production output to maintain product quality.
- Identify equipment abnormalities and report issues to maintenance or engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate production logs, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality control requirements, and safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including cleanroom environments.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to achieve production targets and continuous process improvements.
