GENERAL AFFAIR

Qualifications:

• Male applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate teams, and maintain accurate records.
• Knowledge of facility management and office operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all general administrative operations within the company.
• Coordinate office maintenance, facility management, and procurement of office supplies and services.
• Handle company correspondence, document management, and record keeping in compliance with corporate policies.
• Support company events, meetings, and other operational activities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, labor laws, and internal policies related to general operations.
• Supervise support staff and coordinate tasks to maintain office efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist management in implementing operational improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
