Al Horany Automatic Gear LLC is seeking experienced Engine Repair and Overhaul Technicians to join its automotive service team in the United Arab Emirates. The successful candidates will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, rebuilding, and overhauling gasoline and diesel engines while ensuring all work meets manufacturer specifications and industry quality standards. Candidates should possess strong mechanical skills and experience in engine diagnostics, repair, and overhaul procedures.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as an Engine Repair and Overhaul Technician or in a similar automotive engine repair role.
- Must possess a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Automotive Technology or a related field.
- Skilled in using engine repair tools, precision measuring instruments, and engine diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, repair guides, and mechanical drawings.
- Strong knowledge of engine repair, overhaul procedures, and mechanical systems.
- Experience working in an automotive dealership, automotive workshop, or heavy equipment company is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Willing to relocate and work in the United Arab Emirates.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose engine problems using diagnostic tools, testing equipment, and manufacturer-approved procedures.
- Dismantle, inspect, repair, rebuild, and reassemble gasoline and diesel engines.
- Perform complete engine overhauls, including replacement of worn or damaged internal engine components.
- Measure engine components using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, repair guides, service bulletins, and mechanical drawings.
- Conduct engine performance testing after repairs to verify proper operation and reliability.
- Inspect and repair related engine systems, including cooling, lubrication, fuel, and exhaust systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, repair documentation, and inspection reports.
- Ensure all repairs are performed in accordance with workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
- Keep the workshop clean, organized, and properly maintained.
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
