Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience
- Must be a Professional License Holder (Passed Board/Professional Licensure Examination)
- Must possess a native-level English accent (Neutral, North American, British, or similar)
- Excellent verbal communication and classroom management skills
- Ability to adapt teaching styles based on students’ age, learning level, and needs
- Capable of transitioning from play-based learning activities to structured conversation lessons
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and passion for teaching children
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage, but strong communication skills and the right attitude are highly valued
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and high-energy English lessons to elementary-level students.
- Focus on developing students’ oral fluency, pronunciation, accent reduction, and conversational confidence.
- Create a fun, interactive, and educational classroom environment that encourages active participation.
- Use creative teaching methods, games, songs, storytelling, and activities to enhance learning.
- Conduct placement assessments and evaluate students’ English proficiency levels.
- Monitor student progress and provide brief feedback and recommendations to parents.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and classroom activities aligned with learning objectives.
- Encourage confidence, communication skills, and positive learning habits among students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and educational activities as required.
