ELECTRONICS ASSEMBLY (TITP)

Qualifications:

• First-time applicant to work in Japan.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• 20–35 years old.
• At least high school graduate.
• Physically fit and capable of performing electronics assembly and production work.
• Must have good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Able to follow instructions, standard procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• No tattoo or major surgery.
• Willing to undergo 3 to 4 months of Japanese language training once selected.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble electronic components and products according to work instructions and production specifications.
• Perform manual assembly of electronic parts and components with accuracy and care.
• Handle components, tools, and materials properly to prevent damage or contamination.
• Follow assembly procedures, production schedules, and quality control standards.
• Inspect assembled products for defects, incorrect installation, damage, or other quality issues.
• Perform visual and basic functional checks on electronic components and finished products.
• Use hand tools, assembly equipment, and production machinery safely and correctly.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency when performing repetitive assembly tasks.
• Follow standard operating procedures and instructions provided by supervisors.
• Identify and report defective components, production problems, or quality concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly sort, handle, and store electronic components and production materials.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparation of finished electronic products when required.
• Observe workplace safety, cleanliness, and production rules at all times.
• Work cooperatively with supervisors and other production team members to meet production targets.
• Perform other electronics assembly and production duties assigned by management.
