Job Vacancy: Electrical Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join Zamil Shipyards in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities within shipbuilding and ship repair operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to technical standards.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance, or marine/industrial electrical works, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of marine and industrial electrical systems, wiring, and control panels
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Experience in supervising teams of electricians in shipyard or industrial environments
- Knowledge of safety regulations and electrical work procedures
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding shipyard conditions
- Willing to work in shifting schedules and handle high-pressure environments
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily electrical works in shipyard projects
- Assign tasks and guide electricians to ensure timely and quality completion of work
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ensure all electrical installations comply with safety and technical standards
- Inspect ongoing and completed electrical work for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance to the team
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and other trades for project execution
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of electrical tools and equipment
- Monitor work progress and report updates to management
- Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with shipyard regulations

- Graduate of any four (4) year course or College Level
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
