Royal Saray Resort is seeking skilled and experienced Cooks to join its culinary team in Bahrain. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, supporting kitchen operations, and delivering excellent dining experiences in a luxury hospitality environment.
COOK
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a Cook or similar culinary role.
- Experience working in a 4–5 star hotel or fine dining restaurant is required.
- Open to male and female applicants.
- No minimum educational attainment required.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, presentation standards, and quality guidelines.
- Ensure timely food preparation and service during busy kitchen operations.
- Perform ingredient preparation and portion control, including washing, measuring, chopping, and assembling ingredients.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, cooking utensils, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with sous chefs, line cooks, and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels, assist with ordering, and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
- Support menu development by contributing ideas for daily specials, seasonal dishes, and creative food concepts.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and quality standards at all times.
