FOOD RUNNER

Qualifications:

• Female applicants.
• Height: 5’4″ and above.
• 21–29 years old.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a fine dining restaurant or five-star hotel.
• Knowledge of professional food service procedures and restaurant operations.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Customer-oriented, courteous, hardworking, and service-focused.
• Well-groomed and able to maintain professional standards of appearance and conduct.
• Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods during service.
• Able to follow instructions and work effectively with chefs, servers, supervisors, and other team members.
• Valid passport.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen or service area to the correct tables promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate closely with chefs, waiters, waitresses, captains, and other restaurant staff during service.
• Verify orders, table numbers, food presentation, and special guest requests before delivering dishes.
• Ensure food is delivered at the appropriate temperature and according to established service standards.
• Assist waitstaff in maintaining efficient and smooth restaurant operations during busy periods.
• Clear used plates, glassware, and other items from tables when instructed.
• Assist in resetting and preparing tables for new guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of service stations, dining areas, and food-running areas.
• Handle plates, trays, and service equipment safely and professionally.
• Assist with basic food preparation or service-support duties when assigned.
• Communicate any missing, incorrect, delayed, or damaged orders to the appropriate kitchen or service staff.
• Support the kitchen and front-of-house team in maintaining timely food service.
• Follow proper hygiene, food handling, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and presentable appearance at all times.
• Respond promptly to instructions from supervisors and restaurant management.
• Provide polite and helpful assistance to guests when necessary.
• Help ensure that the dining area remains clean, organized, and ready for service.
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak dining hours and special functions.
• Perform other food service and restaurant support duties assigned by management.
