Cihelny Golf & Wellness Resort is seeking a qualified Cook / Chef to prepare high-quality meals for hotel guests and staff, support buffet and à la carte operations, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, and ensure efficient food preparation within a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays when required.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
- Clean work areas and properly dispose of leftovers after breakfast service according to hygiene standards.
- Prepare and process ingredients for breakfast, half-board meals, à la carte dishes, and staff meals.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of à la carte menu offerings.
- Prepare, replenish, and monitor buffet stations during restaurant service.
- Support food service operations during à la carte restaurant service.
- Prepare staff meals for the following day.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations, equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas.
- Clean kitchen equipment, including ventilation hoods and related facilities.
- Assist in dishwashing operations and coordinate with the night receptionist when necessary.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food products and ingredients.
