iTK N.V. is seeking experienced CNC Machine Operators (Lathe/Milling) to join its precision manufacturing operations in Belgium. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, adjusting, and maintaining CNC lathe and milling machines to produce high-precision metal components while ensuring compliance with quality standards, production requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

CNC MACHINE OPERATOR (Lathe/Milling)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only.
• Not more than 40 years old.
• Experience in metal machining, particularly CNC lathe and milling operations.
• Skilled in machine setup, tool changes, machine adjustments, and process optimization.
• Proficient in using precision measuring instruments, including sliding calipers and other inspection tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
• Familiarity with 3-axis CNC machining and high-precision manufacturing.
• Experience with at least one CNC control system such as Siemens, Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Mazatrol.
• Basic knowledge of production documentation and administrative recording.
• Familiar with lifting heavy components using overhead cranes and safe material handling procedures.
• Strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC lathe and milling machines to produce precision metal components.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and machine tuning to achieve required production specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and coordinate systems (X, Y, Z) to ensure accurate machining.
• Operate 3-axis CNC machines while maintaining high-precision tolerances of up to 1/100 mm.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as sliding calipers and other quality control tools.
• Identify machining errors, troubleshoot production issues, and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality.
• Safely lift and handle heavy workpieces using overhead cranes and appropriate lifting equipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete basic administrative production documentation.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Strictly follow company safety procedures and industrial health and safety regulations.
