CIVIL SITE ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of working experience is required.
• Must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
• Must have at least 5 years abroad experience in plant construction (Oil & Gas, refinery, or petrochemical projects).
• Strong knowledge of structural integrity, infrastructure planning, and construction execution.
• Experience in roads, utility corridors, and water retention system construction.
• Ability to ensure compliance with detailed engineering design specifications.
• Strong understanding of construction safety standards and quality control practices.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, design coordination, and execution of civil and infrastructure projects.
• Ensure all construction works comply with engineering drawings and specifications.
• Supervise on-site construction activities including structural, road, and utility works.
• Monitor project progress, quality, and safety compliance on site.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure proper implementation of engineering plans.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during construction phases.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of site activities.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure construction activities meet safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Assist in managing project risks and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
