TOPNEST S.R.O. is seeking skilled and experienced Butchers / Slaughterers (Cattle) to join its slaughterhouse production team in the Czech Republic. Successful applicants will be responsible for performing slaughtering, deboning, meat cutting, and other assigned tasks in a high-volume cattle processing facility while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards.

BUTCHER / SLAUGHTERER (CATTLE)

Qualifications:

• Male applicants only
• Age: 23 to 40 years old
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a:
  • Cattle Butcher
  • Cattle Slaughterer
  • Meat Cutter
  • Deboner
• Proven experience working in a slaughterhouse production line.
• Excellent knife handling and meat processing skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
• Capable of consistently meeting production targets.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

• Perform cattle slaughtering according to established procedures and hygiene standards.
• Debone and cut beef efficiently using professional knife skills.
• Operate effectively within a slaughterhouse production line environment.
• Complete assigned tasks in the designated stage of the slaughtering and meat processing operation.
• Meet the required production target of at least 35 cattle pieces per hour.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain product quality and accuracy throughout the processing operation.
• Properly use and maintain knives and other meat processing tools.
