Mandurah and South Western Glass Pty. Ltd is hiring experienced Building Painters for deployment in Australia. The company is seeking skilled painting professionals who can deliver high-quality finishing work for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with project standards.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong experience in large-scale painting projects and industrial coating applications.

BUILDING PAINTER

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Building Painter or Industrial Painter.
• Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• At least 1 year in college or vocational graduate may be waived from IELTS/PTE English test requirements.
• Must have a valid Philippine Driver’s License.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing methods.
• Experience using brushes, rollers, spray guns, and airless spray systems.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, plans, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of working in construction and industrial environments.

Responsibilities:

• Paint offices, warehouses, factories, schools, healthcare facilities, retail stores, and other industrial or commercial buildings.
• Apply protective coatings and industrial-grade paints according to project specifications.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and priming before painting.
• Work safely in active business environments while maintaining professionalism and minimizing disruption.
• Operate painting tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, and airless spray systems
• Ensure smooth, even, and high-quality paint finishes on all surfaces.
• Mix and match paint colors according to specifications and requirements.
• Complete large-scale painting projects within established deadlines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of tools, equipment, and materials.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Read and interpret work orders, plans, and project specifications.
