Nando’s Restaurant is looking for experienced and motivated Male Supervisors to join its restaurant operations in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for hospitality professionals with strong leadership skills and proven supervisory experience in casual or fine dining restaurants. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and lead the restaurant team to achieve operational excellence.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Qualifications:
- Male applicants only.
- Up to 34 years old.
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in casual dining or fine dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to lead staff and interact professionally with guests.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff to achieve high performance.
- Monitor customer service standards and ensure guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Coordinate staff assignments and ensure adequate manpower during operating hours.
- Assist in training new employees on company policies, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management regarding stock requirements.
- Support restaurant management in achieving sales targets, productivity goals, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily operational reports and communicate important updates to management.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and quality standards throughout the restaurant.
- Perform other supervisory and operational duties assigned by management.
