Leasing Executive

Qualifications:

• Possess a diploma or a degree in business administration or other equivalent discipline.
• At least 3 years working experience in finance and administration (any industry).
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Update rental summary worksheet on a regular basis with relevant data e.g. new tenant, new rate, new lease dates etc (to be used to request monthly rental invoice to Accounts Department).
• Send monthly rental invoice to Accounts Department by the 15th of every month.
• Check all invoices prior to delivery (to be completed before the 1st of the following month).
• Maintain list of tenants whose invoices must be sent via email (actual invoice emailing will be done by Accounts Department).
• Check turnover rental report from Accounts Department and update rental amount to rental summary worksheet.
• Turnover rental data analysis as required.
• Check the completeness of all lease-related documents and tenant’s documents (CRC, business license, ID) for all new tenants (based on New Tenancy Checklist form) and existing tenants (to notify front office/sales team if there is any missing documents)
• Prepare addendum to the lease agreement and other lease-related documents from time to time (as applicable)
• Supervise junior admin officer in carrying out his/her responsibilities in the department.
• Assist HoD to supervise Leasing Assistant in day-to-day tasks.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid passport for more than 3 years
• Employment certificates
• NBI clearance valid for at least 1 year with “no derogatory / no record on file” remarks
• PEOS certificate
