Job Vacancy: IT Specialist

iPack is seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to manage and support the company’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software, hardware, server management, and ERP systems, with a particular focus on Odoo ERP.

IT Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an IT Specialist or similar role.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Strong experience in software, hardware, and server management.
  • Proven experience working with Odoo ERP system.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and network administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and servers.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Administer and manage Odoo ERP system, including modules, user permissions, and data integrity.
  • Monitor network performance and security, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Ensure data backup, recovery, and cybersecurity protocols are in place.
  • Assist in the evaluation and deployment of new IT solutions and technologies.
  • Document IT procedures, system configurations, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business operations effectively.
