Sisban Trofi Food Company is seeking an experienced Barista to prepare and serve quality coffee, beverages, and other refreshments while providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience in the food industry and be willing to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

BARISTA

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a related beverage service position is required.
• Must be a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
• Good knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage service.
• Experience operating commercial espresso machines and coffee grinders is preferred.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, quality, and beverage presentation.
• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Professional, friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to be assigned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Male applicants are preferred for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as espresso, Americano, cappuccino, latte, and other specialty coffee beverages.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, brewers, blenders, and other beverage equipment.
• Grind coffee beans and adjust coffee preparation settings to maintain consistent beverage quality.
• Prepare teas, iced beverages, smoothies, and other drinks as required.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
• Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections when appropriate.
• Ensure beverages are prepared and served promptly and attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, counters, equipment, and customer areas.
• Clean and sanitize coffee machines, grinders, utensils, and other equipment regularly.
• Monitor beverage ingredients, supplies, and inventory levels.
• Properly store coffee beans, milk, syrups, toppings, and other ingredients.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and company quality standards.
• Handle customer payments and POS transactions when required.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with other food and beverage staff to ensure smooth service operations.
• Report equipment problems, stock shortages, and other operational concerns to supervisors.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service at all times.
