BARISTA (RESTAURANT WORKER)

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
• Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
• Open to all candidates with genuine and relevant barista experience.
• Must have proven work experience as a Barista.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage service, and barista equipment.
• Responsible, hardworking, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Strictly no tattoos on any part of the body.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages according to standard recipes and quality requirements.
• Take customer orders accurately and provide friendly and professional service.
• Communicate effectively with customers and respond to their inquiries and requests.
• Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other barista equipment properly.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the coffee preparation area, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preparation of coffee ingredients and other beverages.
• Assist with maintaining adequate supplies and report low-stock items when necessary.
• Provide a welcoming and pleasant customer experience at all times.
• Follow company standards, food safety procedures, and workplace regulations.
• Willing to work in Saudi Arabia and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
