We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barista / Bartender to join Seazen Group Co. in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining a clean and well-organized bar and coffee station in a fine dining environment.
Barista / Bartender
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Barista, Bartender, or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
- Experience in Italian, Intercontinental, or International cuisine, preferably in a fine dining restaurant
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso-based drinks, and/or beverage mixing techniques
- Familiarity with bar operations, service standards, and customer service in a restaurant environment
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, cocktails, mocktails, and other specialty drinks
- Operate coffee machines, espresso equipment, and bar tools safely and efficiently
- Ensure consistent beverage quality, presentation, and portioning according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and coffee station at all times
- Greet customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor stock levels of beverages, coffee beans, syrups, and bar supplies
- Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
- Assist in inventory control and reporting of shortages or equipment issues
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries and requests professionally and efficiently
