Qualifications
- Relevant experience in restaurant operations, food and beverage service, hospitality, or a similar supervisory role.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and guide restaurant staff.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with kitchen, service, and management teams.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
- Reliable, responsible, hardworking, and professional.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays when required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during daily service and ensure assigned duties are completed properly.
- Help maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and respond professionally to customer questions, concerns, and complaints.
- Assist in resolving operational issues and ensuring smooth restaurant service.
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve service and operational goals.
- Support staff scheduling, duty assignments, and daily manpower requirements as needed.
- Train, coach, and guide restaurant employees to improve their performance and customer service skills.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, appearance, and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure orders are prepared and delivered efficiently.
- Monitor dining and service areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper setup.
- Ensure employees follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory monitoring and communicate supply requirements to the Restaurant Manager.
- Help control operational costs and minimize food and material waste.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in implementing company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and communicating important issues to management.
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment within the restaurant team.
- Step in for the Restaurant Manager and help oversee operations when required.
- Perform other restaurant management and supervisory duties assigned by management.
