Assistant Operator
Qualifications:
- Vocational, Technical Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics or related field
- 5 years in production or manufacturing environment, preferably in Electronics, Semiconductor or Mobile Device Repair/Re-manufacturing industries
- Required knowledge of mobile functions, hardware components, operating systems, machine operation , quality inspection, diagnostics and repair
- Proficiency in using small tools, soldering equipment, precision instruments for disassembling, repairing and reassembling mobile phones
- Practical hands-on experience in production lines and manufacturing processes, specializing in device remanufacturing, assembly, and quality control
- Proven expertise in optimizing production workflows, operating machinery, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards in high-volume tech manufacturing environments
