EATON FZE is hiring Assembly Operators for deployment to United Arab Emirates. The role involves working in electronics and electrical manufacturing production lines, including assembly, testing, inspection, and quality control of components such as circuit breakers and PCB assemblies.

Assembly Operator

Qualifications:

• At least a High School Graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in electronics, electrical assembly, or manufacturing/production operations.
• Experience in MCB operations, PCBA assembly, SMT operations, testing, or soldering is highly preferred.
• Background as Electronics Technician, Test Technician, Quality Inspector, or Production Technician is an advantage.
• Knowledge of circuit breaker manufacturing processes is an advantage.
• Ability to follow technical instructions, production standards, and safety procedures.
• Good attention to detail and quality control awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Basic understanding of electrical/electronic components and assembly processes.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly of electrical and electronic components according to production standards.
• Operate SMT, PCBA, and related manufacturing equipment as required.
• Conduct testing and inspection of assembled products for quality assurance.
• Assist in circuit breaker manufacturing and production line operations.
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Identify and report defects or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and tools.
• Support continuous production flow and meet daily output targets.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to ensure product consistency.
