PATIENT ASSISTANT/HOME CARE ASSISTANT
Qualifications:
- Female applicants only.
- College level or College Graduate.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving, patient care, or a related field.
- Must have a valid passport.
- Must have NBI Clearance.
- Good communication skills.
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-oriented.
- Ability to work effectively in a healthcare environment.
- Physically fit and capable of assisting patients with daily care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
- Provide support with mobility, hygiene, feeding, and comfort measures.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Assist nurses and medical staff in providing quality patient care.
- Ensure patients’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient care areas.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Follow healthcare procedures, safety guidelines, and infection control practices.
- Maintain professionalism and respect patient privacy and confidentiality.
