King Long Technology (SuZhou) Limited is seeking a dedicated and technically skilled AMS Engineer to support semiconductor manufacturing operations in China. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the repair and maintenance of spare parts, controlling consumables, and ensuring the availability and reliability of equipment components to support uninterrupted production. Applicants with semiconductor industry experience and knowledge of welding torch microscopes are highly preferred.

AMS ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
• Experience using welding torch microscopes or similar precision inspection equipment is an advantage.
• Knowledge of equipment spare parts management, maintenance, and repair processes.
• Familiarity with inventory control and consumables management in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good organizational, documentation, and communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform repair, maintenance, and refurbishment of equipment spare parts to ensure operational reliability.
• Monitor the condition and availability of spare parts required for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Manage consumables inventory, usage, replenishment, and cost control to support production requirements.
• Inspect, test, and evaluate repaired components to verify functionality and quality before reuse.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of parts and consumables.
• Maintain accurate records of spare parts repairs, maintenance activities, inventory levels, and consumable usage.
• Analyze recurring equipment component failures and recommend corrective or preventive actions.
• Assist in equipment troubleshooting by identifying defective parts and supporting repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with company maintenance procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spare parts management and reduce equipment downtime.
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance documentation, and inventory records.
• Perform other AMS engineering and maintenance duties assigned by management.
