HR Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Female applicants are preferred
• Minimum of 2 years work experience
• Prior experience in an HR or administrative role is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Basic knowledge of HR software and systems.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding processes for new hires.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Benefits Administration: Assist employees with benefits enrollment, inquiries, and issue resolution. Collaborate with HR team to administer benefit programs effectively..
• Orientation and Training: Coordination orientation programs for new employees. Help schedule and track employee training and development activities.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and updates HR documents, such as employment contracts, JDs, policies and procedures. Support in the dissemination of HR-related information to employees.
• Employee Relations: Handle basic employee inquiries and concerns, referring complex issues to HR manager. Maintain a positive and open line of communication with employees.
• Compliance and Reporting: Assist in ensuring HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations. Generate reports and assist in HR data analysis.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate HR-related events, such as training sessions, workshops, and employee recognition programs.
