WAITRESS
Qualifications:
- Female applicants aged 21 to 29 years old.
- Height requirement: 5’4″ (163 cm) or above.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Fine Dining Restaurant or 5-Star Hotel.
- Must possess a valid passport.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Strong teamwork, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage selections to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and drinks according to fine dining service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
- Set up, clean, and prepare dining tables before, during, and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and restaurant equipment.
- Process guest bills and payments accurately using the restaurant’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and fellow service team members to ensure efficient and timely service.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and courteous behavior in accordance with company standards.
- Perform other restaurant and customer service duties assigned by management.
