Abdullah Al Othaim Investment Company is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations within entertainment and amusement park facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operational activities, managing teams, ensuring excellent guest experiences, and maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality facility operations.

Qualifications:
- Male candidates only
- Age requirement: 24–45 years old
- Minimum of 6–10 years of experience in a related field.
- College graduate with relevant training certificates.
- Extensive experience in the Entertainment / Amusement Park industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of entertainment facility operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under operational demands.
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of entertainment and amusement park facilities.
- Monitor operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
- Lead, train, and coordinate operational staff to achieve performance standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Monitor equipment availability, facility conditions, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance, technical, and support teams to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare operational reports, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in implementing procedures to improve efficiency, safety, and guest satisfaction.
- Handle operational concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and customer-focused environment.
