Electronic Factory Worker

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience in electronic manufacturing production is required.
• Familiarity with manufacturing setups and production environments.
• Preferably with experience in factory or production line work.
• No minimum educational attainment required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced production setting.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly and production tasks in an electronic manufacturing environment.
• Operate basic production machinery and equipment used in electronics manufacturing.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in production and manufacturing setup.
• Assist in assembling electronic components and products according to specifications.
• Conduct basic inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Support production line operations to meet daily output targets.
• Report defects, equipment issues, or production irregularities to supervisors.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and company policies at all times.
• Work cooperatively with team members in a structured production environment.
