PRODUCTION LINE WORKER (PHARMACEUTICAL)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years work experience
  • Previous factory or assembly experience is preferred, but entry-level roles are common.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor automated and semi-automated equipment for tasks like blending, granulation, compression, coating, and packaging.
  • Load raw materials, weigh ingredients, and prepare components for the production line.
  • Perform in-process checks, inspect products for defects, and ensure finished goods meet quality specifications.
  • Accurately record production data, batch details, and any irregularities in reports.
  • Clean and perform basic maintenance (like calibration) on production machinery and workstations to prevent contamination and ensure smooth operation.
  • Coordinate with other team members and supervisors to ensure efficient production flow
