HEAVY EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years is required for this position
• You must have advanced knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• You must have basic knowledge of electricity and electronics.
• Vocational/Diploma graduate in Automotive, Diesel Mechanic, electro-mechanics or equivalent.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the inspection and repairs of aerial work platforms/earth-moving machines/agricultural equipment and other heavy rolling stock that are in storage for customers
• Analyze malfunctions, provide a diagnosis and then resolve the malfunction
• Make modifications to the machines at the customer’s request.
