Salesperson/Saleslady

Qualifications:

• Experience in a sales role (preferably in a carpentry, furniture, or home décor showroom)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for service
• Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge to explain features, pricing, and benefits clearly
• Conduct follow-ups with clients after they submit inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area
• Handle customer complaints or escalate issues as needed
• Prepare regular sales reports and feedback to management
• Sales experience preferred. Fluent in English (spoken and written)
