METAL STRUCTURE INSTALLER

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other metalworking tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and other professionals.
  • Previous experience in metal fabrication, structural installation, or conveyor system maintenance is often required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assembling and installing metal structures for conveyor systems and automated storage systems, including framework, supports, and
    components.
  • Cutting, shaping, and fabricating metal parts to exact specifications using various tools and techniques, such as welding, bolting, and riveting.
  • Reading and understanding technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
  • Inspecting completed work for accuracy, proper alignment, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining the metal frameworks and components of these systems.
  • Identifying and resolving issues that arise during installation, maintenance, or operation of the systems.
